📦 Shipping

Your order will be shipped within three business days (Monday to Friday) once payment is received.

🔹 The tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

🛃 Customs & Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

💰 Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

✅ Before placing an order, please check with your local customs office for potential additional costs.

🚫 No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages. If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is disposed of by customs, a refund will not be provided.

❗ If the buyer refuses to pay taxes and the package is returned, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

🔄 Return Policy

We offer an exchange for faulty or damaged items if you contact us within 30 days of receipt.

📸 To assess the issue, we may ask you to provide pictures or a video of the defective item for a technician's review.

🚚 Depending on the cause of the defect, the return shipping cost may be the buyer's responsibility.
